Marlowe and Lisa Weisman

Sick of calls to his home from the local cable company, Marlowe and Lisa sprung into action in 1995 by filing suit against Continental Cable (now known as Media One). At the last minute, they settled out of court. But the story doesn't end here. After settling the case ---- they called AGAIN! History repeated itself, and after the second lawsuit was filed, they again settled out of court.

To Media One's credit, it took only two lawsuits to get the Weismans out of Media One's database. Due to the fact that they use the telephone number for "pay for view" billing purposes, Marlowe cannot order a "pay for view" because when he does, his number gets back in the database - and you guessed it - he gets called again! (Sounds like Media One has some database problems!)
